Who's calling.
Thilo Krause, Burgdorf, near Hanover. I build software, AI tools and the processes behind them. And I know what it's like when a project fails because of people rather than technology.
My path runs through training, coaching, project management and agile collaboration. Project management taught me to watch dependencies and deliver reliably. Agile work gave me the habit of shipping in short steps and testing assumptions early.
Under the name dionics I build digital products. One person, one continuous system. Concept, design, development and operations don't sit in separate handovers.
caadoo follows from that. Companies rarely need a big project for AI and automation. They need someone who knows the list and works through it week after week.
Methods are worth something when they hold up on a normal Tuesday. Everything else is slideware.
How I work

The system first
Before I build a workflow I find out where the data comes from and where it has to go. Otherwise I'd be automating the mess.

Visible early
After 48 hours you see something that runs, even if it isn't finished. Then we correct course while it's cheap.

Few handovers
Whoever listens also builds. Nothing gets lost between the idea and production.

A clean handover
Every request comes with documentation and a video. What I build has to keep running without me.

A bilingual site for a process consultancy serving mid-sized companies, with booking, Stripe and an onboarding form.
