    Why I'm calling

    You have a list. I work through it.

    I rarely meet a company of 50 people without this list. The quote someone pastes together from three systems every single time. The supplier invoices that get typed in by hand. The AI pilot the leadership team has been talking about for a year.

    caadoo is a subscription. You pay a fixed monthly amount, put your requests on a shared board, and I build them one after another. No six-month proposal. No requirements document. Cancel any month.

    Thilo Krause. One person, no sales team.

    Under the name dionics I build websites, web apps and AI-powered tools. Concept, design, development and running them sit with me, with no handovers in between.

    My path runs through training, coaching, project management and agile teams. You'll notice that when we work together. I ask a lot before I build, and I deliver in small steps you can see.

    Is this a fit?

    We both get a say. Here's my half.

    It fits if

    • Fits: your company has 20 to 250 people and you decide, or talk directly to whoever does.
    • Fits: your tools are already there, Microsoft 365 or Google, a CRM, accounting software, and they don't talk to each other.
    • Fits: someone can spend ten minutes a week writing requests on the board.
    • Fits: you want results in weeks, not quarters.

    It doesn't fit if

    • Doesn't fit: a 40-page concept has to be signed off before the first line gets built.
    • Doesn't fit: you need someone on call at 3am.
    • Doesn't fit: AI is supposed to replace a department by next month.
